A medical foot peel is an intensive treatment designed to remove dry, hardened and callused skin. Peeling usually begins a few days after treatment and may continue for 7–14 days.

Exfoliate and complete all shaving or waxing 24–48 hours beforehand. Arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid moisturiser, deodorant, perfume and makeup.

Development time depends on the selected LYCO tanning product and your desired colour. Your therapist will advise when to take your first shower for the best result.

With correct aftercare, your tan can last approximately 5–10 days. Moisturise daily, pat the skin dry after showering, and avoid exfoliation, very hot baths and chlorinated water.

Lymphatic massage uses gentle, rhythmic movements to support lymph flow, circulation and the body’s natural removal of excess fluid. It may help reduce temporary puffiness and promote relaxation.

These non-surgical body-contouring treatments target localised areas and support a more sculpted appearance. Best results usually require a treatment programme, good hydration, regular movement and supportive home care. Results vary between clients.

Your therapist will assess your natural brows, lashes, eye shape and desired result before recommending tinting, brow lamination, a lash lift or lash extensions.

Tinting generally lasts 3–4 weeks, brow lamination and lash lifts approximately 6–8 weeks, and lash extensions require fills every 2–3 weeks. Results vary according to your natural growth cycle and aftercare.

When correctly applied, maintained and professionally removed, extensions should not damage healthy natural lashes. Avoid rubbing, pulling or using oil-based products around the eyes.

A Brazilian wax removes most intimate-area hair, with the option to leave a small strip or shape. A Hollywood wax removes all hair from the intimate area, including the front, underneath and between the buttocks.

Hair should be approximately 5–10 mm long—about the length of a grain of rice. Avoid shaving for at least 2–3 weeks before your appointment.

For 24–48 hours, avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming, vigorous exercise, tight clothing, fragranced products and sun exposure. Begin gentle exfoliation after 48–72 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs.
